OMG! That is frightening! I had my credit card stolen (and some cash) a few years ago from a parking lot in AZ where we parked in a park area to do some mountain climbing. The first withdrawal was at a gas station and for $1--they were trying to intuit my password and did figure it out since I was a dummy and used my birthdate. I dont do that anymore!

It sure looks like you are right on. We are showing very positive signs in our market as well.

“Bad news sells.” Most of the major national news sources are quick to report doom and gloom and slow to report good news. This helps to create the downward spiral in consumer confidence.

We need more good news like you are reporting. I am not referring to people dancing around shouting “Happy Happy – Joy Joy – Happy Happy Joy…” but good responsible reporters digging for the good news.
